A client in Enchmarsh called us with a chilling case as she had only popped outside to locate her bag and the front door slammed shut after her. However, what made this more serious was she said "Please help me! I have locked my key in the house and my baby is still in the house." It goes without saying that we sped there and thankfully road traffic was light. We managed to arrive there in 15 minutes and had the house open in short order. We discovered afterwards is that she dubbed her kitty "my baby".

Heading on a getaway abroad is often pleasurable, yet if you drop your home keys far away in another land it will make it a problem, as a customer learned recently. He phoned from Enchmarsh and told us, "So i am standing at our front doorstep and I have dropped the keys some where overseas. Please send the stand-by locksmith over urgently" We managed to do that fairly speedily and he promptly got the house open and different keys.

"We have strictly one door key for the office as management thought that it was far better for security. And then the employee who took the keys damaged them," announced the client in Enchmarsh. We had to go there as all the workforce were waiting to work. We were able to unlock the locks and switched the locks, simply because with misplaced keys, you just dont know who might attempt to use them.
